Yeshe in Paradise

I'd like to add to that, Jay. Spring time in Montana is indeed, outragously beautiful. I took my new lab pup "Yeshe" for a walk a few evenings ago. I could see in the sky that everything was about to light up. So I grabbed my camera and headed for the Yellowstone. Here is a collection of images that won't ever show in a gallery, in a magazine, or elsewhere... but these evenings stick in my mind and I just wanted to share them with all you photo lovers. Enjoy!

Greetings from Montana!

For my friends and fellow bloggers who can not be in Montana right now, I wish you were here...

Ibex Cabin

I haven't posted in a while, due to my camera being in the shop. I'm so glad that it's back in my hands now, I was a lost soul without it, now I'm complete. Here are some photos from a short trip to the Ibex Cabin in the Crazy Mountains. It is beautiful up there right now with tons of wildflowers and green meadows. I spotted the illusive yellow labrador bush pig, lurking in the weeds. Great time of year in Montana.

Stranger

I've been busy with other projects lately...not blogging much. I'm sorry I've not progressed with the new site (including sending out registration invites), but I've had to let a few projects suffer. I'm almost back into the swing of things...thanks for keeping it going while I've been 'gone'.

Here are some random shots from my last several outings. MT's been exceptionally beautiful this Spring...as if it ever isn't.

Spring Fishing on the Missouri

Ok, something different from this bag toter.

I was up in Great Falls for a few days shooting for a St. Louis Ad agency. The rewards of which (aside from employment!) was a beautiful afternoon on the Missouri with a retired Orvis guide Jerry and his grandson Mika. What a treat. I would like to spend about a week fishing with this guy. The weather had been wet and overcast the entire two days before and miraculously the sky opened up and graced us with one of those memorable Spring afternoons on the river. Enjoy the view!
