With Michael Falvella in Iraqi Kurdistan Region













Michael Falvella is a teacher of Geography, he is now working in Thailand, his life is full of interesting journies around the world and he made his 38 juornyes between Afghanistan,Europe and Asia, last trip was here in Iraqi Kurdistan Region.
It was ver nice chance to meet him and make a trip together among Kurdistan Mountains on July.18.2009

Madison Valley Skies

Enjoyed some interplay with the light and clouds along Hwy 287, just past Norris, this weekend. Figured I'd share. Being displaced to Oregon the last five years has me continually pulling over on the rural Montana highways, just to take in the forms of the sky.

Sandwall Ruins

While trying to find an ancient Fremont granary off of the Burr Train in UT, we came across this scene under an alcove in a dry wash. Visitors had carved a miniature city and other 'natural graffiti' into the wall - a pretty cool place to hang out in the shade for a few minutes, modern or no...
